This week, the fine folks at Saxelby Cheese introduced me to the decadent awesomeness that is Winnimere, a cheese that is produced only in the winter months by Jasper Hill Farm. If the Golden Girls were around today, I'd bet they'd trade cheesecake for a wheel of Winnimere and 4 spoons!
